Terms of Service

Welcome to Career Circle. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Career Circle website, training programs and related services (together, the "Platform"). By creating an account or enrolling in a program, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. The service

Career Circle is a structured training platform that helps learners build job-ready skills through cohort-based courses, real project experience, mentorship and career support. We facilitate enrollment, program delivery, mentorship matching and placement assistance.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You register with a valid email address and mobile number. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Enrollment & cohorts

When you enroll in a program, you are assigned to a cohort with a defined start date, curriculum and mentor group. Seats are limited and confirmed on a rolling basis. Program schedules and curriculum details are shared with you before you confirm enrollment.

4. Fees & payments

• Program fees, where applicable, are shown to you before you confirm enrollment, with taxes included.
• The amount displayed before confirmation is what you pay. Payment is collected via the method you choose at checkout.
• Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed as described in our refund policy shared at enrollment.

5. Cancellations

You may withdraw from a program before it begins. If a cohort cannot be confirmed, your enrollment is cancelled and any amount paid is refunded. Repeated misuse of cancellations may lead to account limits.

6. Learner conduct

• Treat mentors and fellow learners with respect; unlawful or unsafe behaviour is prohibited.
• Plagiarism, sharing solutions dishonestly, or misuse of program materials is a serious violation.
• We may suspend or ban accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we provide structured mentorship and job placement assistance, we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Career Circle is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
